Engineered end-to-end in Python using an AI agent-driven development workflow, this portal handles attendance, reimbursement claims, and leave requests through a two-step approval process — replacing manual, paper-based sign-offs with a system managers and employees both trust.

Rather than bending internal workflows to fit off-the-shelf software, I built a project tracking system aligned specifically to Simactricals' own processes and reporting requirements — giving leadership visibility without adding process overhead for the team doing the work.

As Senior Manager at Simactricals, I lead a team spanning administration, HR, procurement, and finance, but I still bring the engineering directly into the work, building the internal tools my own team runs on.

Lead a mid-size team across administration, HR, procurement, and finance, while personally building the Employee Portal, Policy Chatbot, Project Tracking System, and a Charging Data Dashboard for real-time test-case analytics.
Developed features for a live web-based insurance platform, provided production support, and contributed to the Help Studio internal documentation tool.
Built and supported Ecometry order-management applications, maintained the Cubiscan dimensioning application, and supported Stock Sync inventory-synchronization processes.
Built and maintained the eMPro ERP in VB.Net and C#, developed the Traceability module, and shipped web applications that reduced single points of failure and user-entry errors. Recognised with the Star Performer award.
